Replacement diets?

Hello, I have recently been working out very seriously for the last month. Till now I have mainly been doing strength training but today I started Insanity. I just want to know what are good snacks or meals that I can substitute in place of what I normally eat.
A little background: I am a meat eater but very selective and only eat meat like chicken, pork and beef. My family is vegetarian and so when they cook I get to eat a lot of green veggies. But I am unsure of what to eat as snacks or meals throughout some days. For example after every strength workout I eat 20 almonds. And I try to eat fruits like bananas, strawberries, cherries, and grapes throughout the week. Anyone have any suggestions for breakfast foods and something healthy for lunch???

Oh yeah and I am currently more concerned about reducing my belly fat.
