Should I eat before or after working out? Everyone always has a different answer to this question so I'm thinking maybe it's just what you prefer, but I'm not sure.

Eat atleast 1 hour before working out cause if u eat right before a workout u can get bad cramps.

Just make sure you wait 1.5 - 2 hours before you start working out after having eaten. And yes, you need a snack that's high in protein after your workout if you're trying to build muscle.

i always eat before training but not too much, and also after training

A lil of both! A snack before and high protein snack after your body needs something to fuel off of in the beginning too! Hope this helps

It depends on what you are trying to do. After you definitely need protein to help the muscles recover, but if you are trying to burn fat a little easier you don't want to eat before you workout. This works best if you workout in the morning.
