2nd day and it's a love hate relationship!!

It's my second day of working out and i'm having a love hate relationship with it... Hate that it hurts, but i love it because hurting means it may be working :)

I'm 57kg and having breathing problems since i gained weight from 54.

Join me on my adventure. Share wth me your awesome tips for beginners :) thank you, you guys :)

That is how I was when I first began working out. But, over time I actually learned to enjoy the burn! Once you start seeing results it seems as if everything goes out the window and no matter how hard the work out or how bad the burn you enjoy it because you can actually see what your getting from it. Keep yourself focused and keep pushing yourself forward. You will reach your goal.

Do things u like to keep ur heart in it. Set short term goals. U reach goals constantly an feel good about that if u keep them short term.

All you gotta' do it push. Believe in yourself and push yourself to your limits. You'll get there eventually.
