When is the right time to start working on abs? I have my upper abs in but I can't seem to get my lower abs in for nothing. And any suggestions on how to tone up the back of the thighs?

For the back of the legs, I'd suggest the Crucifix Lunges. My legs have improved so much for that. I would also suggest squat jogs. Works the every part of the thighs 10 times harder.
