I want to workout but everytime i start something i don't finish it. I need some motivation. Any advice?
The best thing is to teach yourself to do it even if u dont want to. You cannot keep letting yourself down. Always think of the goal. You will get there :)
I totally know what you mean I was the same way. The key is to try not to think about the process you have to do but think about the end results. The more you think about the process the more you not going to want to do it. Think about at the end of your goal you set how healthy you going to be . YOU CAN DO IT
