Awsomee! Yes I'm a mom of two. I think I've lost my motivation. I really need to lose 30 pounds and I give up everytime. I am strong and willing to do it but I don't know how to go about it to work.
Bookmark or re-write out this list and then read it every time before you Work out. Eventually you will have memorised it and can repeat the sentences most important to you in your head when you're about to give up!
