Been doing some lower body workouts 3tyms a week. It's been good so far.when do I start noticing changes?

If you're doing well you feel it the next day already and if you think things are getting easy make them more interesting so you can see results soon. It depends also on your diet, you need to have a lot of water as well and so on and so on. I've been here for two months and definitely see progress in the mirror :)
