Half way through the program I'm not getting the results I expected. What about everyone else?

How long is the programme?

What is your diet like?

You'll get the best results is you eat clean!

70% diet, 30% workouts.

I been here about 6wks and I'm seeing results! Stayed motivated and keep going!

You must eat more fruits and vegetables and go often run

The Program is quite short - 5 weeks. Also should I do two programs at the same time (alternate days or something). I find I still have energy left after the workout and end up just lifting weights rather than doing an organised program.

Good point on the diet. Haven't cut back as much as I should have probably. Would recommend a low carb diet with the program?
