The Program is quite short - 5 weeks. Also should I do two programs at the same time (alternate days or something). I find I still have energy left after the workout and end up just lifting weights rather than doing an organised program.
Good point on the diet. Haven't cut back as much as I should have probably. Would recommend a low carb diet with the program?
