I would really like your help in guiding me towards excercises that can help me reduce weight and to get fit.my weight is mostly centered on my stomach legs,upper arms and hips. I really need your help.plus i am a novice so please keep that in account.
I have the same problem as Sana K. But i have little time for exercise. i go to school and return home to study all day.usually Sitting on the table with my books and junk food. If any one can give an advice
