How do i deal with muscle cramps?

Hello
I recently started a workout program,unfortunately each time i workout cramps seem to stay behind on me,please i seek urgent help on how to cope with them,since i have no intention on canceling the program. Need some advice from anyone.

Take glutamine it's a white powder that is tasteless. I typically put it in a protein shake or coffee but you could put it in water as well.

Ok......i dont drink water much.that is something i know about myself and i dont argue over. My mum always tells me to drink water. I think i should.
