Hi I am very new to working out and very out of shape. I am trying excersice to help with my anxiety and depression. I would really like some support and encouragement. Maybe some tips along the way.
That's why I'm here, too!! Nice to know there's someone else. I've been doing this for about 2 yrs now and it has helped tremendously, but there are still rough days or times I don't work out the way I should. I'm going to follow you, I would live to hear more about what you're doing and why.
