Can anyone suggest simple workouts for people who has very less leisure time after coming back from office?

Try to move as much as you can at work if you can, like walking faster, using stairs and the like. Whatever time you have after work, plan to use half of the time for exercise so you don't stress yourself out or get discouraged trying to squeeze too much in a little amount of time...

Take a look at the workouts i do. Most are short as i too don't have large amounts of time
