I don't get proper sleep.  I wake up every now and then. And I get tired because of lack of sleep. Any suggestions?

Try a melatonin , st.Johns Wort , or valerian root it helps you rest evwn a little dab of lavender oil on your wrists works well .

The body likes consistency so try going to bed at the same time every night. Stay away from caffeine.

This might be the problem. My sleep time keeps changing day to day. I'll try to keep the consistency.

So its better to have Green tea Aarti ? But my work involves traveli a lot daily.thus needs to content with unhealthy fud on the way..:(

I guess so. The best thing I can say while traveling is have plenty of fruits and veggies. Keep hydrated.
