I find weight training to be a great stress reliever but that might just be a guy thing lol
If you are really serious, go see an accupuncturist that does pukes diagnosis. He or she will tell you which of your energy systems needs work. Once you find out, you can do the appropriate Qi Gong exercises that work directly in that system. From there you will balance out your energy and you will be morw relaxed and sleep better.
Try meditation with calm sounds of the see.It works great for me
Juat lie down on flat surface palms down little wide from the body relax steady breathing eyes closed
A nice walk and some music! Normally clears my head or calms me down, plus a little exercise at same time ^_^

Its hot milk, tbsp of honey, a bit a vanilla essence and a pinch of cinnamon
