Anerexia is hard but as u can see ur not alone a lot of us hav been their I've delt with tht to .. and ur gonna conquer it!!!!

Glad ur doing better..self harming is an addictive type of a coping mechanism tht can put u on a seasaw some run to a beer some snort a line or two or blow a few puffs or pop ths or tht some talk some its ben and jerrys or just food in general and some its shopping...etc. u get the idea...of course non of these r healthy and some can mean life and death major health problems or at th very  least debt... take it frm someone who has been there to..its something tht we hav used for reasons as a crutch to cope...it doesn't make anything better nor does it change anything and like u I got past it except for those extra hard times it was easy to use what id always used..it was kinda like trading a rollercoaster for th seasaw..how I got pass tht with Gods help was learning how to lean on something else for me it was prayer whn I'm hav those times I talk to God and I tell him everything I knw he already knws but I tell Him cuz I need to and I feel better a lot better...after awhile cutting isn't something u even thnk to much bout anymore...its no longer ur go to anymore...the trick is trading it for something else...u can do it..ur almost there keep going!!! Uve got ths!!! Before long their want b any leftovers so to speak! And I'm so glad ur doing better :)

Hey sweetie. No advice really but I just wanna say that I also used to struggle with depression and anorexia (and I still do a little bit)
But when I can't sleep I make myself a drink called the dreamy night night
Its hot milk, tbsp of honey, a bit a vanilla essence and a pinch of cinnamon
Usually helps

u just lay down.then dont think about anything and sleep.after sleeping u will fell much better.

I was the same v_v ...
I'd say yoga, stretching when you wake up and go to bed and going for runs (=
Hope you get it all sorted! :) I struggle sometimes too...

A nice walk and some music! Normally clears my head or calms me down, plus a little exercise at same time ^_^

Try meditation with calm sounds of the see.It works great for me
Juat lie down on flat surface palms down little wide from the body relax steady breathing eyes closed

If thts wat ur talking bout...i can speak frm experience i hav scars deep deep scars frm years ago with tht battle ...and winning tht battle is going to take more thn relaxation..1) hurting urself does not make th pain inside any better! No more thn an addicts cocaine takes away his pain it jus adds to it. 2) u dnt deserve to b punished like tht 3)cutting or self harming is a habit whn things happen and we can't handle thm we tend to turn to wats familer to us..th cutting th self harming..4) wat ever th problem is...

If you are really serious, go see an accupuncturist that does pukes diagnosis. He or she will tell you which of your energy systems needs work. Once you find out, you can do the appropriate Qi Gong exercises that work directly in that system. From there you will balance out your energy and you will be morw relaxed and sleep better.

I find weight training to be a great stress reliever but that might just be a guy thing lol
