Any tips too get to sleep I really struggle to fall asleep and will always wake up during the night and then feel drained throuout the day

Certain workouts can actually be stimulating for the body. Google recommendations that help you sleep and try them all. You'll find one that works for you.

I do on average I workout at least 1 hour or more full out ( to my level) then I'm tired for a bit but get energy back quick it annoying and it now 1 am still can't get to sleep

There's so many tips out there. Google it using various search terms and start comparing what you read to your life. Very common ideas include:
Turn off electronics an hour or more before sleeping.
Reading (gets your brainwaves set up perfect)
Make sure you have good darkness, cover or move led lights and such, get blackout shades, etc.
Avoid caffeine beginning earlier in the day.
Some supplements are better for night and others not.
Avoid sugar at night.

And many more.
