Last week I twisted my ankle, so I been resting. My ankle feels some what okay should I still do some workouts or take it easy for one more week

I would at least do some ab exercises or exercises that are seated that way you can still workout and not aggravate your ankle.

Take it easy. No rush. You won't loose your muscles or gain tons of weight in a week. Engage in mediation or relaxation techniques instead.

Better would be resting ur ankle for a week more with undying spirit of getting back to gym.....keep itself. Charged up.....you may control ur eating in this lay off period and keep the intake to calcium consumption......
