Last week I twisted my ankle, so I been resting. My ankle feels some what okay should I still do some workouts or take it easy for one more week
Better would be resting ur ankle for a week more with undying spirit of getting back to gym.....keep itself. Charged up.....you may control ur eating in this lay off period and keep the intake to calcium consumption......
Yoga. Upper body. Whatever gets the job done.
