Injured and disappointed

So I recently did a workout and apparently I injured myself. I have problems with my knees. So now I feel like I don't even want to workout. Does anybody have any suggestions of a light workout.

I dropped a laptop on my foot the other night so I'm in the same boat. I just finished doing the Cardio 1 workout in my likes. But instead of jumping jacks, I did Arm Circles. Do one round going forward and the next in reverse.

Another way to change it up is by Shadow Boxing instead of jumping jacks. The move is called "Jab Hook Cross Elbow" in this app.

Pilates and yoga that doesn't include too many standing poses should work for you. You can check my profile and collections that emphasize relaxation.

Have an injury will not sadly but I have an upper hernia and I had a slight fall that hurt my left leg feel like I twisted a little bit and the fall hurt my alboe a little bit too
