So here I am, taking my morning poo, and would just like to share that morning workouts are the shiz. In all of my 30 years, I have never done one morning workout, and I finally did today I have to say that I have not had a high like this since I did coke off this prostitutes butt on the top of Mt. Everest. Simply put, I want to drop kick this day in the face. Once I finish this poo, I'm going to pull my pants up, wash my hands for at least 45 seconds (or to one round of the birthday song) to make sure I kill 99.99% of those bacterias, then go to work and kick ass. No longer will I do late night workouts that keep me up late and make me exhausted in the morning. The night time is no longer the right time, go AM. That is all. Xxxooo Jason

I agree morning workouts are the best even if I have to get at 5.30 before the kids get up and take over my workout space.  Also helps with the movement of the morning poo so a win all round I say
