What's the best way to unwind after a really long, stressfull day?

Any exercise, followed with a hot bath/shower, then either a movie or reading a book!

Yoga. Even if it's only for 5 minutes. It's amazing how much it helps.

My stress-be-gone methods....  are finished off by a run. Another way I use to end bad days is my punching bag :).  It really tires your ass out and I sleep like a baby!. I also jus like to sit quietly, close my eyes, and think of nothing. Take more time to Live in the moment, vs live out the whole day and keep stressing over what is already done and can't be changed (no bueno!).

Hot towel scrub. I battled with not being able to sleep at night because of a stressful life and since I started this practice before bed....it has been amazing! I also teach yoga so breathing is a big for relaxing! 😌

Daily Workout Tips:
1.Yoga (30.min)
2.Aerobix (30.min)
3.Gym (Light Workout - 30 min.)
4.Eating Healthy Food
5.Proper Rest

Repeat whole 1 to 6 Daily Routine 👍

Running or fishing...nothing like a lawn chair on the dock at night listening to the crickets with a beer in hand....of course after I run so I can drink that beer guilt free 😉

Hot shower/bath 
Lying down for a bit and closing your eyes
Breathe in through your nose and out of your nose. This will slow your heart rate down (aka calm you down). Breathing in thru nose and out the mouth will do the complete opposite! 

If you're like me, enjoy some ganja lol! But never 30 mins before or after a workout- that's when our bodies need oxygen the most :)

Listening to music and running. Or just falling asleep to your music, also really calming for me. But running is my big stress reliever.
