Happy new year so lazy after the holiday can I get a push
I think self-motivation is the best, at least for me. but scatter-brained-syndrome is my problem. I like the technology of online reminders, phone alarms...and the low tech Ppost-It notes on my bathroom mirror, etc. also, keeping a space on my bedrom flor clear- so I can do a sudden last minute workout on a whim- whenever!
also- the SHAKERCISE funtion is great for the "Ive got 10 minutes, what can Ido?"- open the Shakercise tab, lock the timie in (2 minutes, 5, 10, whichever) and give it spin! you can lot in if you only want casual exercises.. or only intense..etc.
last night I had a bad headache, for the randomness of it, I typed 'headache' in to the workout search and found a lot of short easy yoga and stretches for headaches.
When ya'll find the motivation be so kind to send a little my way lol...
