With all the new year's resolutions starting I'm seeing a ton of awesome fitness-related humour on youtube, facebook, etc etc. I figured, sometimes especially when we're feeling down or stressed or unmotivated, it can be good to have a good laugh, especially at ourselves, at the things that are frustrating us! So here's a thread to post funny memes and videos and such related to fitness, working out, and weight loss.

PLEASE, keep it tasteful and don't post humour that could be hurtful or that calls people down. That's not the purpose of this thread.

Wherever possible, please credit the copyright owner and/or post a link to the source. (Skimble staff, let us know if more is needed to stay within the rules here.)
