c4 c5I have biceps lil triceps so I can use my arms want to strengthen core and hands anything would be helpful and I do but my insurance goes in an out it only pay for so much a year....

A really good low resistance exercise lay on mat and lift lower whatever limbs you can twist and turn what body part you can....main thing keep moving

I have really good shoulder movement forward not so good rotating backward..
