Ok so I ate a lot of sweet stuff like strawberry pie and peanut butter and banana sandwich. All of this due to the death of my dog, today. I found out through my husband. He attacked an anteater and the anteater stuck his claws in him. Any way to get over it and NOT eat so much to "feel better"? Thanks. I'm really sad.

Have a good cry-- cry until you can't cry anymore. It's always tough losing our dogs, so I'm so sorry for your loss ): I would suggest some yoga, as it can help clear your mind.

I feel you ...i too like dogs.. sorry to hear that ...but past is past ,move on

When ever you feel like snacking on something unhealthy drink water until you full. This will stop your cravings.
