Sleeping problems

Lately I'm having problem falling asleep and also staying asleep too. I usually wake up once or twice in the middle of night or early morning, sometimes hard to go back to sleep. I have long hours at work so I know I'm tired, but just don't know why I keep waking up. I have tired listening to relaxing sound, sleepy herbal tea, going to gym regularly....
Please share what works for you.

share similar problem besides the fall a sleep part , for me thats going easy. theres night that ends on 4 am & its almost impossible to get back a sleep.

I have the same problem. I think it means that we are not truly relaxed even though we fall asleep. It may be the same as not being able to fall asleep, just a variation of it. Try hot bath with essential oils and gentle massage.
