Lately I'm having problem falling asleep and also staying asleep too. I usually wake up once or twice in the middle of night or early morning, sometimes hard to go back to sleep. I have long hours at work so I know I'm tired, but just don't know why I keep waking up. I have tired listening to relaxing sound, sleepy herbal tea, going to gym regularly....
Please share what works for you.
