I like "Yoga before bed" (or something like that). I don't usually exercise before sleeping 'cause I can't get sleep then, but stretching like yoga is just great. And of course I like how quickly I'm notesing the difference in my flexibility :)

The bed time exercise is sex..get two or more rounds.. It helps though...

I like neck rolls on pillows,stretches pulling blankets up,side turns,breathing in and out..then lights out lol workout last about 7 hoursbest night workout ever!

Lie flat on bed with blanket over top of you. Shut eyes for 8-10 hours do this everyday for the rest of your life and you will be happy ☆

I choose yoga bcos it help you to get a good night sleep and very soothing at  the same
