Bedtime Workouts ?!

I like neck rolls on pillows,stretches pulling blankets up,side turns,breathing in and out..then lights out lol workout last about 7 hoursbest night workout ever!
Lie flat on bed with blanket over top of you. Shut eyes for 8-10 hours do this everyday for the rest of your life and you will be happy ☆
Stretching? Its supposed to be good for you.
I choose yoga bcos it help you to get a good night sleep and very soothing at the same
