I had a c section also n by the 3rd month i could do some abs work! U can start walking n increase intensity by walking with hand weights.
My wife had a c section as a few years ago. After six weeks, she started off slow with core development and full body workouts. It takes time after an operation like that. When you finally heal all the way, use HIIT workouts and jogging to burn off the fat. Of course eating right and drinking water helps. Good luck.
