Hey guys! I recently had my son and I am ready to get rid of this pouch. Any suggestions on what will WORK? Thank you

I had a c section also n by the 3rd month i could do some abs work! U can start walking n increase intensity by walking with hand weights.

Just make dure your not rushing into anything. You want to make sure your healed. I gad two c-sections and two surgerys.

My wife had a c section as a few years ago. After six weeks, she started off slow with core development and full body workouts. It takes time after an operation like that. When you finally heal all the way, use HIIT workouts and jogging to burn off the fat. Of course eating right and drinking water helps. Good luck.

I also have had c sections! (2) planks are my best friend! It's been just over a yr since I had my youngest son n my stomach is flat toned & I weigh less then I did before pregnancy! I just started p90 abs n am in love:) just gotta take it day by day! Start w 30 seconds n work your way up! Ur body will let uk when it's had enough. But never give up! U got this!!
