I'm a 21 year old mother. Of 3 and I'm hoping to find motivation to help keep me going. Is any one in the same boat. I Have a 3 year old, a 2 year old and a 4 month old. Makes it kind of tough.

Yes but this is perfect for at home....! I have a 5 yearold and he did it with me....wearing him out:))))

I'm at 190 and literally Ive been in a cycle of lose two pound gain one. It sucks. Its a long road to where I want yo be.

I love working out with the kids except if I have to be on the floor. Then I get dog piled. Lol

Hey knw how u feel buy a slimmer belt n play tag with ur kids or play kick ball just saying u n ur kids have fun n u be loosing weight
