So flat stomach after kids?

I have been doing some ab workouts, only a little over a week so obviously I can't tell a difference yet. Just wondering what y'all did to get your tummy back in shape after having kids. I know I have to eat right & I am.

All manner of planks, wall-sits, crunches, reverse crunches, sit-ups, yoga, PILATES, and...wait for it...a very specific position during intercourse, which simultaneously works out arms, legs, and back. Initially doing however much is comforable, and then gradually increasing duration, and intensity, of course, for the conventional exercises.

I've been doing crunches, sit ups, planks, leg raises. I don't know what a wall sit is. Haha I will look that up

Hi Janna!! I have 4beautiful kids. It isn't easy nor is it instant bt it is achievable! Diet plays a huge role in flat tummy,30%exercise n 70% diet. It also helps if u love to exercise or do sme form of sport. Depending on yr core strength at mo,wen u hd yr kids and hw much tme u have. Maybe try abs 3times a wk cardio 2/3 a wk n build up. Bt diet is the core component(pun intended)! Good luck

I have been eating so much better the last few weeks. I don't know what my core strength was when I got pregnant, but I'm guessing basically since I never worked out, I was always really thin so I didn't care. :/ haha. But just in the last few weeks I can see some results in my belly fat reducing :))
