I need to lose belly fat from pregnancy. I hwd my son two years ago and I lost it a few times but came back.i dont eat really healthy bc im a picky eater.s o I dont eat veggies unless they in something like soup.but I want to lose my belly qbd tone and get abs or at least not lost skin. Also I want to tone my butt.i weight provably around 115.when I had my son I was 137 and before him I was 90.im only 5 foot though.

If your a picky eater then your gonna have to suck it up and eat veggies or ur not gonna loose weight. Loosing weight is mostly in the kitchen.
