I got a lil gal who's 19 months old. I've lost all the pregnancy weight and more but need buddies for the hard work of finally getting the lean n toned muscles..... any takers?
I have a 1yr old and a 2m old, I have yet to lose all my baby weight, but I'm trying. I EBF , I'M 21 YRS OLD, 5"1 AND WEIGH 146.
I had my lil girl 3 months ago, dropped the weight quick, and began working out at the 6wk mark. I look and feel more fit than ever and even tho it's hard to find time to work out, that's all I think about and want to do now!
I aim to go to the gym at least 3 times a week due to other commitments. I work full time n studying part time as well. But even on my days off Im trying to do a bit at home. Mostly using this app or my other workout dvds. How do you ladies cope with being moms together with other stuff we gotta do.
