Hi I'm twenty and a new mom and all i want back is my young before baby body back! Any tips for eating and exercises ? In need of friends and motivation. #nomorebabyweightnomorebabyweight

My son just turned 4 last month & had c Section so i couldn't exercise immediately after because of abdominal pain but i went from 119lbs to 175 carrying him & still have half of it so I'm working on torso and abs. This app is fun too, my baby does them with me, or tries lol

Ok i think i got the commenting thing good! I was 160 and got to 203 started breast feeding and was at 187 then i stopped and went back to 190 something lol! I just want 160 back lol almost 200 didn't look good on me. I'm 5`7 btw

I'm a mother of two. I have a 1yr old and I have a 2month old. I'm 5"1 and I weighed 120 heiress I got pregnant with my son. After I had him I was 151, before my daughter I was 150, now I'm 146lbs. I got to lose 15-20 lbs to get to my flat stomach again. I EBF.
