I have a five year old and two year old, through both pregnancies I finally ended up at 273! And ended up with a big post baby belly. I'm 189 now and still can't get rid of it . How do you?
Cardio, high intense circuits, and dieting. Walking or jogging is a good steady calorie burner while circuits target fat, burns a high amount of calories, and kicks your metabolism into overdrive. Doing these while eating right will bring down the pounds. Do not forget to drink water, do warm-ups before exercising/cooldowns after exercising, and stretching everday to stay flexible.
