What's the best pregnancy workout?

You see I might be pregnant, I haven't taken a test yet but just in case I want to be prepared.

Yoga oa really good if you arw pregnant because it will help ur back if ypu have any back pain alsp of you sit on a big ball that alos helps

I just had my baby 5wks ago but while I was pregnant I did squats, walked and lifted 5pound weights. Of course I couldn't do any ab work but that little bit of exercise has helped motive me since I've had her.

Walk alot try not to do any ab crunch or lift to much weight to burn to much energy remember the lil one in your tummy needs energy also

I'm 31 weeks pregnant.... I do cardio and prenatal yoga or Pilates...
