New mom, New body.
Hi guys, my son is four months old and I'm kinda in a funk. I miss feeling pretty and sexy. I start my ten week without challenge tomorrow and want to know what's some of you alls motivation? I'm twenty by the way, I just want my old body back!
The first motivation is holding a log
You must see your evolution
Take a picture of you everyweek
You must know your weight every week
And the most important you must be able to see your evolution in yours workouts (how many reps you do, etc...)
And what matter happens don't forget that you can do it!!!
