What is the best type of workout to do when you're pregnant? Besides walking and light jogging.
I'm 7 months pregnant with baby number 3 and durin' 1st trimester I didn't change my routine. At 2nd trimester, I took out hiit cardio and anythin' that involved layin' on my back and focused on strength trainin' *with weights or without, depends on your fitness level* and light cardio. I still stick with this routine and continue to modify exercises to accommodate my growin' belly <3
