Toning up tips

I just had a baby 2 months ago and lost pretty much all the weight I had gained during pregnancy. Now all I want to do is tone up especially my belly area. Any tips?

Eat healthy, cardio, and high reps in crunches leg lifts pushups pull ups etc.

Try yoga....lot of women do it after having a baby...n congrats on baby!!!!bless u both!!

You'll get your body back in no time! I got mine in even better shape after 2 kids and I know I can do it again when this one comes out in January. With a committed exercise plan of cardio and strength trainin', you'll look even better than before baby in just a few more months. Remember, lean protein, lotsa fresh produce, and cut out as much if not all added/refined sugar! Don't starve yourself though, you gotta eat to fuel your workout! Good luck and stay motivated!
