I totally agree! I've been nursing my 9 week old and work out as I got approved by my doctor.
My routine is this...
I eat a quick small meal when I wake up, get ready, nurse my baby then power walk for an hour while I push him in the stroller.
If I don't get to walk I use this app after all my kids go to bed.
And yes-workout AFTER breastfeeding!
