Anyone know any good workouts while pregnant?

A lot depends on how far along you are and if you worked out prior to becoming pregnant. I've heard of women actually running marathons while being 9 months pregnant. But I'd check with you MD, especially if you are new to working out.

I just downloaded the first trimester workout on here. I used to workout a lot before I got pregnant but my first few months were awful with morning sickness. I'm just now getting back into shape and having a plan that you can sort of move around on bad days is helpful! You should try it
