Help please . I'm 1month post partum and my midwife said I have separated abs. All I want to do is tone my stomach. Can I even fix this? I've been avoiding core exercise because I don't want to worsen this. Any ideas

My first idea would be to find out if you really have it and if so how bad etc.

I think u only can do one exercise to fix or surgery

Everyone does when pregnant.  Please leave it till 6 wks pp to work out and do so gently till 6 months.  You still have relaxin in your system so will be more injury prone.

Best excersize at your stage is to pull your tummy muscles in and hold.  Get your seperAtion checked at your 6 wk check if your worried.
