I had a baby a year ago and am just now starting to get to the point where I feel like I have a moment to exercise. I really need motivation and helping hand along the way. Please help!
It's a chore for me considering I work full-time and still have to keep up my home and son's schedule
I have 5 kids to look after and take care.....but I do my workouts after they sleep. .at night.......if u want it u can do it
It's just so tiring. I have the mind set that I want to work out but once I get off pick up my son go home clean up cook dinner then get him ready for bed I'm ready to pass out lol. I just feel so worn out
