I had a baby a year ago and am just now starting to get to the point where I feel like I have a moment to exercise. I really need motivation and helping hand along the way. Please help!

My immediate motivation is my two 5 yrs old boys.. I see them everyday... its a constant reminder for me to live healthy.. Have fun!! its not a chore its play time :-) :-)

I'm 35 weeks pregnant but I remain active during my pregnancy. But I will understand trying to get back to post baby body. I read that cardio and core exercises are key. Try working out during your lunch break. That's I what I do. Let me know how things go.

My baby just turned 3 months last week and I've been trying and trying to get into a workout routine. I am fully motivated when I can go to the gym however we can't afford it right now. I need motivation to workout at home.

Luna, where are you located in the US and what kind of work schedule do you have? Maybe we can set up something to workout at the same time so we can hold each other accountable?

It's a chore for me considering I work full-time and still have to keep up my home and son's schedule

There's allot of quick 1-10 minute workouts you could do with your child at home or like Talia said on your breaks at work..this app helps me in that way the quick routines.. cardio ,HIIT and Tabata workouts cut weight:-)

I have 5 kids to look after and take care.....but I do my workouts after they sleep. .at night.......if u want it u can do it

It's just so tiring. I have the mind set that I want to work out but once I get off pick up my son go home clean up cook dinner then get him ready for bed I'm ready to pass out lol. I just feel so worn out

I have a three year old who has autism, I work, and go to school. I can understand the stress of finding time to workout. For me I try to walk/jog before I go to work, or after. I sometes as stated before do 5-10 min. workouts between naps. I also just get up, and play music while I walk in place. It's mostly a matter of just getting up, and doing anything. There are also exercise that you can do sitting down if it will help.
