I had my daughter 10 months ago and these seem to be my problem areas. Anyone know any good workouts that concentrates on those areas specifically... Especially the back!! Help please!!!!

No diet weight training will make it tough but wont get rid of the fat only way to do it is work hard 1.do intense workouts 2.drink loads of water3.diet eat lots of protein cut carbs and eat healthy fats
