Had my second baby a year ago and can't get rid of the baby weight/extra skin. I'm running 3+ miles a day and do a workout in the morning including squats with 20 lb weights, core work, and arms. I try to mix it up and stay out of a routine so my makes never know what's coming but I still can't seem to lose this last 10 pounds. Any advice or favorite workouts that really get a good burn. Target area is upper legs, butt, core.
