Im 23 years old and 121 pounds, I had my son 9 months ago and before him my breast were big and perky. After breastfeeding they have become so worn and I feel like they are so saggy :( how can I fix this? Im way to young to have breast like this. Any suggestions? I work out everyday and am very healthy.

Try massaging them for a few minutes every day. I like to do it when I'm in the shower, it feels good and there's health benefits to it, so why not?? lol

Unfortunately a sacrifice of motherhood is losing the body you once had. HOWEVER, you can help perk them up a bit by working your chest muscles in different angles. Try to work mid and upper chest muscles.

Pushups!! Help a lot! And wear bras that really support you when you workout. But they are right...motherhood sucks the life out of your breast because even if you work out to get them back in shape you will lose a few sizes. So they will be perky again but not as big. But try to tone your arms to give them more definition...good luck!
