Working out pregnant
So i was working out pretty regularly pre pregnancy. And continued. Well sbt a month or 2 into pregnancy i started to bleed so i stopped. I havent had a chance to really talknto my dr abt it (i go back in 2 weeks) but was wondering if anyone knew if its ok to start back up with like body weight stuff and how many days a week....?
