So my baby is a year old now and my stomach is so flabby it drives me crazy. I really started watching my food and exercising recently due to health issues, but I want to know is it possible to get the skin stretched again and get a flat stomach? Did any mamas out there try anything thay worked? TIA!
I am currently struggling with that as well. And my daughter is six years old lol!! I am seeing a difference tho so that's good. I am doing cardio and ab workouts. And yoga
Make sure you don't have diastasis recti. It's when your belly stretches so much, it separates your ab muscles down to center. It can make you look like you have a pouch and excercises like sit ups can worsen it. If you Google it, you can find how to test for it and fix it
