So my baby is a year old now and my stomach is so flabby it drives me crazy. I really started watching my food and exercising recently due to health issues, but I want to know is it possible to get the skin stretched again and get a flat stomach? Did any mamas out there try anything thay worked? TIA!

You can but it's hard work. I have two boys so I know it's possible. I will be boring and say: cardio/weights/ab wos but you really really really have to be careful with you eat. Don't diet. Eat nice and healthy food and that's enough. You need energy to wo. Otherwise really you will waste your time ;-)

I have four kids. Last year, when youngest was six years old it was when I realized that only with nutritious small meals and snacks  (alongside with at least daily 30 minutes exercise) I was able to lose weight and keep it off. Due to some health issues my progress is slow, but steady. About 14 lbs lost in six months. I have read in different places that it takes an average of two (2) YEARS to regain a flat toned belly after a pregnancy. Of course some people could take less time than that if they have an iron will, a personal trainer or a good help around the house or with the new baby. lol

Make sure you don't have diastasis recti.  It's when your belly stretches so much, it separates your ab muscles down to center. It can make you look like you have a pouch and excercises like sit ups can worsen it. If you Google it, you can find how to test for it and fix it
