I'm a first time mommy and I know I should be working out more because it'll make my baby healthier but it's so difficult with the morning sickness and being completely exhausted! How do you ladies do it? I need some motivation pleeeeease!

well when I was pregnant I did a lot of walking, I walked with a big bottle water in my bag and just walked non stop... until I get tired, squats are awesome on the buttocks as well ;)

Hey.. am a first time mommy too. My child is 3 weeks old. I was in search for a light workout for the first 6 weeks. I found a bit old booklet from Ministry of Health of my country that belonged to my mom. I converted it into a workout here. Check my "PostNatal Excersises" workout. Hope it is useful ^_^ all the best :)

Well, try doing yoga(?) or any light exercises. But I don't know tho I'm only just a teenager and haven't been pregnant before. I just saw it in the movies.
