Looking for motivating people im trying to lose 75 lbs by October

I'm down.. What helped me get started was picking a 3-4 week program. I have no problem starting.. maybe we can help each other.. you can help me not fall off. Follow me and I will follow you :)

Im doing a 30 day challenge but didn't realize how out of shape I am

Oh.. I know that feeling.. I couldn't do a push up my first day.. just keep trying... everything takes practice :)

If you need any help you can always kik or inbox me on here. Kik:Hesmychocolatechip I would suggest you check out the app Pump Up someone really great people there. Just work hard and push forward. I wouldn't just focus on the 75lbs. Just keep in your head that you must gain a healthy life style.

try not to think of tomorrow or yesterday.. think about who you wanna be today! get that bootay in shape

Don't get discouraged mamma! Your body is a temple treat it right for this new year. It only take two weeks to form a habit so make good habits!<3
