Heey guys! I am looking for a couple of workout buddies, preferably people with similar stats and goals. I want commitment and friends that wouldn't mind txtng/fb each other.
My stats. Weight: 117lbs Height: 5" Female. 22yrs old. 7wks post partum
goals: Lose 7lbs. Gain muscle volume.
How? Working out everyday. Twice a day?
As buddies, i hope to keep each other encouraged and give each other food ideas.
I want to form a group of about 5/6 boys and girls alike.

Can you enlighten me a bit. When people ask for workout buddies on here, how do you guys plan on working out together? Like Skype or something. When I think of a workout buddy, I think physically meeting up and hitting the gym.
