my goals change every month coz i enjoy experiencing what my body is capable of.
This month was to bulk up, add an inch to my arms, chest & quads... DONE!!
March - shred down, lose 15-20lbs of fat and keep as much muscle as possible..
BRING IT ON!!

hi kathy! i have the same goals like yours, im 104 lbs. but i got cellulite and belly fats. Now im on my 3rd month since i started doing exercise. i begin seeing good results. so you should start working your goals now in preparation for bikini-summer!!
My goal HAS to be losing weight and looking gooood in my swim-suit but also to improve endurance, ofc!!
