To be heathier
To increase strength
To look great for bikini

"I don't exercise to be healthy. I exercise to be sexy as fuck, naked." Haha No kidding ofc i train to get in good shape, but I'm also addicted to it, I love it, almost after every workout I feel better then before and felt good before too. I love the serotonin boost which I get from it

Wow I just found someone that feels exactly the same as I do I cannot believe that I absolutely love working out

I like feeling great after a workout i get a boost of energy and i love looking good i know i can look better. I dont want to look my age im 31 years old and i look like in 22 years old and wanna stay looking young.

To get down to my goal weight of 90-95 pounds before spring break. On a diet called the 2468 diet to try and help me get there. Also doing lots of exercising and going to the gym.

How old are you? That weight may not be healthy for anyone over 13

my goals change every month coz i enjoy experiencing what my body is capable of.

This month was to bulk up, add an inch to my arms, chest & quads... DONE!!

March - shred down, lose 15-20lbs of fat and keep as much muscle as possible..

BRING IT ON!!

hi kathy! i have the same goals like yours, im 104 lbs. but i got cellulite and belly fats. Now im on my 3rd month since i started  doing exercise. i begin seeing good  results. so you should start working your goals now in preparation for bikini-summer!!

My goal HAS to be losing weight and looking gooood in my swim-suit but also to improve endurance, ofc!!

I'm 7 months pregnant and already worried about my shape after a choldbirth. Trying to eat healthy food and do some light exercises but it's so hard sometimes to find strength. Some time ago I found an informative website for mums and it helped me a lot: http://motherhow.com/7-months-pregnant/
